The Adama apartment is located in the Little Tauron neighborhood in Caprica City. ("Rebirth")
There is a darker version of Joseph's apartment building in New Cap City in the Virtual World. Joseph and Emmanuelle find it wrecked and inhabited by an amphead and a drug dealer. Later, Tamara takes possession of the apartment and restores it to its original condition. ("Ghosts in the Machine") ("End of Line")

Filming Location[]
The Waterfall Building in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was the filming location for Joseph's apartment in the pilot episode. It was later recreated as a standing set (with a few modifications) for the filming of the series.
The Waterfall Building was also the filming location for Laura Roslin's apartment and Kara Thrace's apartment in the Battlestar Galactica television series (2004-2009).[1]
