Serge is the Graystone's domestic robot. His tasks include acting as the family's butler. He controls access to the family residence and interacts with family members and visitors. He is also responsible for security at the Graystone mansion. ("Pilot") ("Here Be Dragons")
He is much less advanced and intelligent than the Cylons that Graystone Industries hopes to mass-produce as soldiers and laborers. He recognizes Zoe's avatar inside the U-87 robot.
